NEW DECORATING IDEA: JAPAN GARDEN CAKE
I feel like it looks a bit like a japan garden. Do you like it? Give it a try!
Ingredients:
For cream ( I got some left after making a chocolate and raspberry cake)
- 250 g heavy cream
- 250 g mascarpone
Instructions:
- Whip the heavy cram until stiff, add mascarpone (one spoon after another) while mixing.
- Ice your cake with the cream but leave about five spoons of it and add some brown food coloring
- "Draw" some lines on your cake with a tube nr 107 so that they look like tree branches.
- Cut some flowers from your fondant colored with violet food coloring (use some cutting molds or just do it with a knife) and stick them to your cake with honey or another sticky thing.
