CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY CAKE

Who doesn't like a combination of chcolate and raspberries? This is a delicious cake recipe that you have to try out!!






Ingredients:

 For chocolate cake ingredients and instructions look here.

For raspberry cream:
  • 500 g heavy cream
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar (you can use more or less- how you prefer)
  • 300 g raspberries (can be frozen)
Instructions:

For raspberry cream:
  1. Whip the cream until stiff.
  2. Add mascarpone, spoon after spoon and mix it.
  3. Add powder sugar and mix again.
  4. Add raspberries(if you are using frozen ones, make sure you unfreeze and strain them first) and mix again. You can also not add raspberries to the cream but just put them on it while filling the chocolate cake so that you have white cream for decorating your cake left.
  5. Cut the chocolate cake into 3 layers and fill it with the raspberry cream.
That's it!!! Not really complicated but worth doing it! Good luck and bon appetit!!
