MACAROONS WITH NUTELLA AND RASPBERRIES

Nutella and raspberries - one of the best taste combinations! That's why you have to try these macaroons! You're gonna love them!




Ingredients (for about 30 macaroons):
  • egg whites form 3 eggs
  • 110 g ground almonds
  • 200 g powder sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 g fresh raspberries
  • about 300 g nutella
  • 1/2 pink food coloring
Instructions:
  • Whip the egg whites until stiff adding sugar at the end, spoon by spoon.
  • Add the ground almonds and powder sugar, mix gently with wooden spoon.
  • Add food coloring and mix gently again.
  • Put the batter into a pastry bag with round tip and pipe little circles on a baking sheet. Put them aside for 30 min.
  • Bake in an oven heated to 150 C for about 10 min.
  • Take out of the oven and let cool.
  • Prepare macaroons: put about 3/4 tsp of nutella on one little meringue, put one raspberry(or 2 if the meringue is a bit bigger) and cover with another meringue. Repeat until you use all the meringues.
