It's almost Christmas so I decided to make a cake that will create a festive atmosphere in our homes. And I came up with this cheesecake!! I hope you would like it as much as I did :)

MICHALKI PIE

Michalki are polish sweets. These are kind of a chocolates with peanut stuffing. I decided to make a tart with brownie bottom and michalki cream. I hope you will find something similar to these sweets if you're not from Poland, because the tart is worth it!;)

REALLY SWEEET TOFFEE CAKE!!!

It is actually very sweet cake, but still very delicious. It's toffee,right? It has to be sweet! It is a recipe only for the cake flavour, decoration not included;)

Mini tartlets with nutella and coconut cream!!!

This is a combination I have never tried before. I had some leftovers of coconut cream in my fridge 

and I came up with this idea. I was really curious what will come out of this experiment... And in my opinion they are pretty good;) 

For about 12 big tartlets and 15 small ones

This is a finger-licking cake you can do for different occasions. First you feel a moist and very chocolate cake, then a delicate mascarpone cream and finally: crispy meringue that literally melts in your mouth!! GIVE IT A TRY!!
