REALLY SWEEET TOFFEE CAKE!!!

It is actually very sweet cake, but still very delicious. It's toffee,right? It has to be sweet! It is a recipe only for the cake flavour, decoration not included;)





Ingredients:
For the chocolate cake  :
Same as in the chocolate cake with meringue (my first post)
For the cream:
  1. 500 ml heavy cream
  2.  120 g toffee sweets (like on the picture)


Instructions:
For the chocolate cake: 
Still as in the recipe for the chocolate cake with meringue
For the cream:
  1. Bring the cream to a simmer in a saucepan
  2. Remove from the heat and put the toffee sweets into the cream
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon until the sweets melt down
  4. Refrigerate for a night
  5. Next day whip the cream until fluffy
Not that complicated, huh?;) But still fingerlicking!!! Good luck and bon appetit!!!!!!
