BROWNIE WITH COCONUT CREAM

Chocolate and coconut goes well together so why won't you try this recipe?






Ingredients:

For brownie:
  1. 300 g chocolates (you can use both milk and dark, I generally use 1 milk and 2 dark, but this time I didn't want the brownie to be too sweet, cause the cream is also sweet, so I used 3 dark ones)
  2. 225 g butter
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 275 powder sugar
  5. 135 g flour
For coconut cream:
  1. 250 g heavy cream
  2. 250 g mascarpone cream
  3. 1 cup powder sugar (you can use more or less, it depends how sweet you want it to be)
  4. 150
    g desiccated coconut
Instructions:

For brownie:
  1. Melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler and let cool.
  2. Whip the eggs with sugar until bright and fluffy.
  3. Add chocolate and flour and mix together
  4. Put into oven heated to 160 C for 20 min.
  5. Take the brownie out and let cool.
For coconut cream:
  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
  2. Add powder sugar and mascarpone cream and mix it all.
  3. Add desiccated coconut and give it a stir with a spoon.
  4. Put the cream on a brownie and... it's ready!
