NEW RECIPE: RASPBERRY PIE!!

Raspberries are delicious!! So I decided to post this recipe for a really tasty raspberry pie! Hope you enjoy it:)


Ingredients:

For a pastry:
  1. 300 g flour
  2. 200 g soft butter
  3. 120 g sugar
For a raspberry "filling":
  1. 600 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  2. 80 g sugar
  3. 4 tbsp potato starch
     + a bit of powder sugar for sprinkling the cake :)

Instructions:

For a pastry:
  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and start kneading them so that you get a crumble
  2. Put half of the crumble into a round cake pan covered with baking paper and press it a bit
  3. Put it into an oven heated to 180 C 15 min until it has a pale gold colour and then let cool
For a raspberry "filling":
  1. "Crush" the raspberries with a fork or spoon (if using the frozen ones strain a bit of their juice)
  2. Add sugar and potato starch and mix
  3. Put the raspberry filling on a baked crumble and sprinkle with the other half of the crumble
  4. Put it into an oven heated to 180 C and bake for 40-45 min until the crumble is gold. Remove and let cool
  5. Sprinkle some powder sugar on a cake and the cake is ready!!
