BROWNIE WITH COCONUT CREAM
Chocolate and coconut goes well together so why won't you try this recipe?
Ingredients:
For brownie:
- 300 g chocolates (you can use both milk and dark, I generally use 1 milk and 2 dark, but this time I didn't want the brownie to be too sweet, cause the cream is also sweet, so I used 3 dark ones)
- 225 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 275 powder sugar
- 135 g flour
- 250 g heavy cream
- 250 g mascarpone cream
- 1 cup powder sugar (you can use more or less, it depends how sweet you want it to be)
- 150
g desiccated coconut
For brownie:
- Melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler and let cool.
- Whip the eggs with sugar until bright and fluffy.
- Add chocolate and flour and mix together
- Put into oven heated to 160 C for 20 min.
- Take the brownie out and let cool.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
- Add powder sugar and mascarpone cream and mix it all.
- Add desiccated coconut and give it a stir with a spoon.
- Put the cream on a brownie and... it's ready!
