NEW RECIPE: RASPBERRY PIE!!
Raspberries are delicious!! So I decided to post this recipe for a really tasty raspberry pie! Hope you enjoy it:)
Ingredients:
For a pastry:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g soft butter
- 120 g sugar
- 600 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 80 g sugar
- 4 tbsp potato starch
Instructions:
For a pastry:
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and start kneading them so that you get a crumble
- Put half of the crumble into a round cake pan covered with baking paper and press it a bit
- Put it into an oven heated to 180 C 15 min until it has a pale gold colour and then let cool
- "Crush" the raspberries with a fork or spoon (if using the frozen ones strain a bit of their juice)
- Add sugar and potato starch and mix
- Put the raspberry filling on a baked crumble and sprinkle with the other half of the crumble
- Put it into an oven heated to 180 C and bake for 40-45 min until the crumble is gold. Remove and let cool
- Sprinkle some powder sugar on a cake and the cake is ready!!
