CUPS WITH PISTACHIOS WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE
Pistachios and white chocolate really go well together!! That's why these cups are sooo good. Give them a try!!
Ingredients (for 12 cups):
For pastry dough:
- 300 g wheat flour
- 150 g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g powder sugar
- pinch of salt
- 350 g of pistachios
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 15 g melted butter
- 100 g chopped white chocolate
For pastry dough:
- Sift flour, add chopped butter and knead the ingredients until it looks like crumble.
- Add egg yolks, sugar, salt and knead again.
- Wrap it with a food wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Blend pistachios with brown sugar.
- Add slightly beaten eggs and cooled butter. Mix until the mixture is thick.
- Add white chocolate and give it a stir.
- Put the dough out of the fridge and pin it out.
- Grease the muffin tray with butter and sprinkle it with flour.
- Cut circles out of a dough and put them in to the tray.
- Fill the cups with the feeling and put them into an oven heated to 180 C and leave for 17-20 min until they get brown.
- Take them out of the oven and out of the tray gently with a fork.
- Leave them to cool.
