MICHALKI PIE
Michalki are polish sweets. These are kind of a chocolates with peanut stuffing. I decided to make a tart with brownie bottom and michalki cream. I hope you will find something similar to these sweets if you're not from Poland, because the tart is worth it!;)
For chocolate brownie bottom:
- 3 dark chocolates
- 225 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 275 g powder sugar
- 135 g flour
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 280 g Michalki chocolates (as in the picture) or similar ones
- A bit of powder sugar to sweeten the cream (the amount as desired)
For chocolate brownie:
- Melt down the chocolate with butter in double boiler. Then leave it to cool down.
- In a different bowl whip the eggs with powder sugar until fluffy. When the chocolate is no longer hot, add it to the egg mixture. Mix until combined.
- Add flour and again mix until combined.
- Put it into a cake-pan and then into the oven heated to 160 C. Take out after 20 min and leave to cool down.
- Blend the chocolates (leave a few for decoration) with a hand blender until they become a thick choclate mass.
- Whip the cream and add the Michalki mass. Then add powder sugar, but you don't have to if the cream is already enough sweet.
- Put the cream on a brownie and decorate with cut Michalki chocolates.
