REALLY SWEEET TOFFEE CAKE!!!
It is actually very sweet cake, but still very delicious. It's toffee,right? It has to be sweet! It is a recipe only for the cake flavour, decoration not included;)
Ingredients:
For the chocolate cake :
Same as in the chocolate cake with meringue (my first post)
For the cream:
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 120 g toffee sweets (like on the picture)
Instructions:
For the chocolate cake:
Still as in the recipe for the chocolate cake with meringue
For the cream:
- Bring the cream to a simmer in a saucepan
- Remove from the heat and put the toffee sweets into the cream
- Mix with a wooden spoon until the sweets melt down
- Refrigerate for a night
- Next day whip the cream until fluffy
